Abstract
著者는 3歲부터 5歲까지의 男女 兒童 412名을 對象으로 採得한 上下顎 硬石膏 機型 600例
에 對하여 齒穹 幅徑 및 長徑을 ,計測 分析하여 다음과 같은 結論을 얻었다.
齒穹의 幅徑 및 長徑은 年令, 性別, 및 上, 下顎에 따라 달랐다.
1. (1)齒穹의 幅徑은 年令이 增加함에 따라 男女에서 共히 增加하였다.
(2)齒穹의 長徑은 年令이 增加함에 따라 女子에서는 減少하였으며 男子에서는 別로 變化
가 없었다.
2. (1)齒穹 幅徑은 前後方部에서 共히 男子가 女子보다 컸다.
(2)齒穹 長徑은 男子가 女子보다 컸다. ; 前方部 長徑은 거의 비슷하나 後方部 長徑은 男
子가 女子보다 컸다
3. 上顎穹의 輻徑 및 長徑은 下顎部의 幅徑 및 長徑보다 顯著히 컸다.
#초록#
The purpose of this study is to analyze the width and length changes of the dental
arches during the deciduous dentition period. 600 stone models of maxillary and
mandibular arches obtained from the children aged 3, 4, or 5 years were under
measurement.
The results were as follows ;
Arch widths and lengths differed with age, sex and arch.
1. (1)Widths of dental archs increase with age both in males and in females.
(2)Lengths of dental arches decrease with age in females, but remain somewhat
stable in males.
2. (1)The dental arches of males were wider than those of females in both the ant. and
the post section.
(2)The dental arches of males were longer than those of females: ant. arch lengths
were almost same, but post. arch lengths were longer in males.
3. (1)Upper arches were definitely wider and longer than lower arches.
